Returns

We provide as much information as possible on our website so you can make an informed decision. If you are not sure or need specific details about a product please send us an e-mail or drop a note via the contact us page at the bottom of the home page and we will be happy help. This ensures you purchase the correct item and therefore less likely to need to return anything which helps us as a small business.

If you received Delivery via Courier

You need to notify us within 24 hours via e-mail if your parcel or items are damaged. We will need photos to ensure we can investigate these with the courier company and this can take anything from 5-10 days as most couriers have a process for investigating the issue before they will come back to us with the information. In such circumstances we appreciate your patience until the matter is resolved.

Where items are not suitable you have 14 days to return the item from the date you have received the item. Items you wish to return need to be in the same condition they were received as otherwise we cannot accept the return as we would not be able to re-sell such items. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to send items back to us, please make sure you use insured delivery when sending items back as items lost/damaged in transit are the customers responsibility. For health and safety reasons all edible product such as paints, food colouring, lustre dust, tylo powder etc are non-returnable even if they have not been opened.

If you received In-Person Delivery

In-Person delivery items should be inspected upon delivery so we can rectify any issues promptly. Upon receiving the goods you have 24 hours to notify us of any shortfalls or damages which we will endeavour to resolve as soon as possible. If you need to return an item as its not suitable for your needs you have 14 days to return the item but where a free delivery was received if the total order value falls below then the appropriate delivery charge will be applicable. For health and safety reasons all edible product such as paints, food colouring, lustre dust, tylo powder etc are non-returnable even if they have not been opened.

If you have opted for Collection

For collection orders, it is incumbent upon the customer to check the items and their quantity as well as quality is acceptable at the time of collection. Its difficult to rectify issues once the items have left our premises. As a goodwill we may replace unwanted items if returned within 48 hours but this is on a case by case basis.
