Q1. Do you accept cash on delivery or cash on collection and can I bank transfer?

All orders need to be made on our site using the payment method in the checkout. We cannot accept cash or bank transfer.

Q2. Can I collect my order anytime?

It is not possible to collect outside of the times indicated in our collection policy and highlighted on our main page. The times may change with limited notice so it is advisable you check these times before coming to collect your order. Please do not attempt to collect outside of these times.

Q3. I have an urgent order request and need collection on the same day.

You can make an order but you can only collect at the next collection slot once your order is confirmed ready for collection.

Q4. Can you get a specific item/product?

Currently only items on our website are available. If we look at stocking different products these will be available on our web site and should appear under New Arrivals.

Q5. Do you have phone number for contacting?

Contact can be made via contact us form or via e-mail: info@boxabake.uk. There is no phone number for contacting is at the moment.
