Delivery Information

We deliver within UK Mainland only, using a courier service which can be DPD, Hermes, Yodel or Royal Mail. Delivery options are provided to you at the checkout depending on the delivery address and cannot be changed once you have submitted the order as it is likely the postage will have been paid to the courier and label created.

3-4 Day Service

The 3-4 Day Service parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Hermes. You should expect to receive your order within 3-4 days once it has been dispatched (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This is entirely dependent on the courier. Additionally add 1-2 days to these times after you have submitted your order as we endeavour to dispatch within 24-48 hours but during busy periods it may take us longer before we can dispatch your order. For example if you place your order on a Monday using this option you should expect to receive you parcel by Friday or Saturday. If you need something urgently and we have it in stock please consider using the 1-2 Day Service where available.

1-2 Day Service

If you need something urgently please select the 1-2 Day shipping option in the checkout. This is sent via Royal Mail or DPD and you will be provided a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can track the delivery date and time. If you place your order during the weekday before 12pm, we will aim to dispatch the same day but occasionally during busy periods it may take us longer before we can dispatch your order.

Note: All delivery times are approximate and exclude weekends and bank holidays so please allow adequate time for your delivery. Indicated times are after dispatch which can sometimes take 24-48 Hours.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

It is vital that someone is at home on the day of the delivery as couriers will not be able to re-deliver and they are likely to leave it in a safe place like a recycling bin or may try a neighbour. Once the item is with the courier it is out of our hands in terms of managing delivery as its up to the courier to decide whether they will leave it in a safe place or take it to a local depot/sorting office. In the case of Royal Mail if they fail to deliver they may indeed take it to a sorting office but Hermes/Yodel/DHL generally try to leave it in a safe place or may leave it with a Neighbour. Please therefore ensure someone is at home to take your parcel and if it’s left in a safe place Box a Bake cannot take any responsibility for lost/stolen parcels.
