Collection

If you live within Birmingham you can collect your order from us. We will provide you with our address once you complete your order and collection date and time will need to be agreed via Instagram DM or e-mail us at sales@boxabake.uk.

Once the date and time has been agreed you will get a e-mail confirmation which will state order is ready for collection. The order can then be collected at the agreed date and time from our location.

When you come to collect or send someone else on your behalf we will need to know the order number and the full name on the account who has made the order. We will not release the order unless these details are provided and signature maybe required for collection. Please Note: At time of collection it is important you check all contents and quantity is as per your order as mistakes cannot be rectified later.

If you cannot collect at the agreed time please notify us as soon as possible giving us as much notice as possible so we can re-arrange the collection date and time. Thank you
